Working Hours

Only Heat & Horses Sauna is located 12 minutes drive from Kinsale and 35 minutes drive from Cork City!

We run sessions on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Book an individual session with up to 6 participants

  • Book a private session with friends and family for up to 8 participants
